Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the jto123 website accessible at jto123.cam, including all pages, subdomains, mobile applications, and associated services.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an Account and is using the Platform's services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money deposits and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, cashback, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required under these Terms before a Player may withdraw funds.
• "Restricted Activity" means any action listed under Clause 8 of these Terms that is prohibited on the Platform.
• "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole transactional currency accepted by jto123.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone referenced for all operational hours and deadlines.

To open an Account and use the jto123 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jto123 does not accept registrations from individuals under 21. This age requirement is strictly enforced and verified through our KYC process.
• You must be a legal resident of Indonesia or otherwise permitted under your local jurisdiction to participate in online gaming activities.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indonesian law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of jto123 or its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by jto123 or any recognized responsible gaming authority.
• You must have only one (1) registered Account. Multiple accounts per individual are prohibited under these Terms.

When registering an Account with jto123, you agree to the following:

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Any false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). jto123 will never ask you to disclose your password by email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account with jto123. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3.4 Account Currency

All Account balances are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). jto123 does not support multi-currency Accounts. Deposits made in other currencies, if accepted by the payment processor, will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, which may differ from published bank rates.

jto123 operates a comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money-laundering (AML) principles and responsible gaming standards. KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time during the Account lifecycle.

4.1 Required Documents

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed photograph of your Indonesian National ID Card (KTP) or valid Indonesian passport. The document must be current and not expired.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government document issued within the past three (3) months displaying your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: For bank transfer deposits, a screenshot or statement confirming the bank account belongs to the registered Account holder. The bank account name must exactly match the jto123 Account holder's name.

4.2 Verification Timeline

Standard KYC verification is completed within two (2) business hours during business days (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 WIB). Documents submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. jto123 may request additional documentation if the initial submission is unclear, expired, or inconsistent with Account information provided at registration.

4.3 Consequence of Non-Compliance

Accounts that fail to complete K YC verification within 30 days of the first withdrawal request will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete. jto123 is not liable for any delays in fund access caused by a Player's failure to submit required KYC documentation promptly.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jto123 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

5.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, subject to your bank's own daily transfer limits.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment processor. In rare cases of banking delays, confirmation may take up to 30 minutes.
• jto123 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single withdrawal is Rp 50.000.000 per transaction, subject to daily limits that may apply to your Account tier.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in order to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 5–15 minutes for verified Accounts during operational hours (24/7). Bank processing times are subject to each bank's own clearing schedules.
• A Player must have completed at least one (1) real-money wager before submitting a withdrawal request.
• jto123 reserves the right to perform additional security and fraud checks on any withdrawal request, which may temporarily delay processing by up to 24 hours.

5.4 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on jto123 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). jto123 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.

jto123 offers a range of promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on each promotion's detail page.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to Players who have a fully registered and verified Account in good standing.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
• jto123 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that Players who have already claimed the promotion are not adversely affected mid-cycle.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 requires total wagers of Rp 2.000.000 before the resulting winnings become withdrawable.

6.3 Game Contribution Rates

• Slot games (including slot gacor titles — high-volatility, high-RTP slots popular among Indonesian players): 100% contribution toward wagering requirements.
• Live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette): 10% contribution.
• Sports betting markets: 100% contribution, provided the qualifying odds meet the minimum threshold stated in the promotion.
• *togel* (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and other lottery-style games: 50% contribution.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

Any Player found to be exploiting bonuses through arbitrage betting, collusion, use of automated betting tools, or any other technique deemed abusive by jto123's risk management team will have their Bonus Funds voided and may face permanent Account suspension. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at jto123's sole discretion.

All games and betting markets available on jto123 are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are encouraged to review these rules before placing real-money wagers. The following general conditions apply to all gaming activity on the Platform:

• Results of all casino games are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). jto123 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• Sports betting odds are set by jto123's in-house trading team and are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the binding odds for that wager.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during any game session or betting event, jto123 reserves the right to void bets placed during the malfunction period and refund stakes to the Player's Account.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets that include a voided leg will have that leg treated as a non-runner, and the remaining selections' combined odds will apply.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game interface and betting market.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced (in-play betting) are accepted at jto123's discretion and are subject to real-time odds updates.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jto123 Platform. Engaging in any Restricted Activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other Players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player environment.
• Engaging in matched betting or bonus arbitrage with the intent to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited, using a VPN or proxy to mask your true location.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jto123 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, its backend systems, or other Players' Accounts.

All content on the jto123 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of jto123 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any portion of the Platform's content without express written consent from jto123.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from any Platform software.
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content or design.
• Using the jto123 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any marketing, social media, or commercial material without prior written authorization.

jto123 is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with this Agreement.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including:

• Identity data (name, date of birth, national ID number) for KYC compliance.
• Financial data (bank account details, transaction history) for payment processing and AML monitoring.
• Technical data (IP address, device identifiers, browser type) for security and fraud prevention purposes.
• Gaming data (bet history, session data, game preferences) for personalization and responsible gaming monitoring.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jto123 and its officers, directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and any personal or financial information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform.
• Any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or similar harmful code that may be transmitted through the Platform by any third party.
• Losses arising from actions or inactions of third-party payment processors, including delays in bank clearing times.

jto123's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jto123 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. We provide the following tools and safeguards to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Limits take effect immediately when decreased; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may cap the maximum amount they are willing to lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Reality check notifications can be configured to alert Players at regular intervals during gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary time-out (24 hours to 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting our support team. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be locked and no new deposits will be accepted.

jto123 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly. We will notify registered Players of material changes via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of online gaming regulation and commercial law. jto123 operates under a license issued by a recognized international gaming authority and adheres to standards set by that authority with respect to player protection, fair gaming, and responsible operations.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with jto123's customer support team shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally accepted arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

This Agreement does not exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law in Indonesia.
